Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide. Free shipping on orders over $150. Bulky freight items (fridges, sweepers, tow bars etc.) ship at cost due to fuel surcharges — the exact freight price is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Most standard orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Brendale, Queensland warehouse. Delivery timeframes vary by location:
- SE Queensland: 1–3 business days
- NSW / VIC / SA: 3–7 business days
- WA / NT / TAS: 5–10 business days
Tracking information is emailed once your order is dispatched. We use a combination of couriers depending on item size and destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law if a product:
- Is faulty or not of acceptable quality
- Does not match the description on our website
- Is not fit for the purpose it was sold for
To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos or other evidence of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Change-of-mind refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer's cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind or received a faulty item? We've got you covered.
Faulty or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 days. We'll arrange a return label and replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Change of mind: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. A restocking fee may apply.
Non-returnable items: Customised products, items that have been installed, and consumables once opened cannot be returned unless faulty.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Privacy Policy
My Tesla Accessories is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect: Name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information (processed securely via Shopify Payments — we do not store card details).
How we use it: To process and fulfil your orders, communicate with you about your purchase, send marketing emails (only with your consent), and improve our website and products.
Who we share it with: We share data only with trusted third parties required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping carriers, payment processors). We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies: Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Products & Orders: All products are subject to availability. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders at our discretion. Product images are for illustrative purposes — minor variations may occur.
Australian Consumer Law: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Installation: Accessories must be installed in accordance with included instructions. My Tesla Accessories accepts no liability for damage resulting from incorrect installation.
Intellectual Property: All content on this website is the property of My Tesla Accessories and may not be reproduced without written permission. My Tesla Accessories is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Tesla, Inc.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
