For electronic products that ship directly from our trusted overseas supplier, delivery usually takes 5-10 business days, and we'll clearly indicate this on the product page so you know what to expect before you order.

We're Australian owned and operated, and we keep stock right here in Australia for most of our popular accessories, which means same-day or next-day dispatch and fast delivery across the country.

However, some of our electronic products ship directly from overseas because the world of electronics changes so fast - we want to offer you the latest and best designed equipment without the risk of holding outdated stock locally.

For these electronic items, we work exclusively with one trusted supplier in China who we've built a strong relationship with based on their quality, innovative design, and excellent follow-up service.

Can I track my order once it's shipped?

Yes, you can absolutely track your order once it's shipped. We take a photo of the shipping label and your packaged order before dispatch and send it to you, so you can see the condition the item left us in and have the courier and tracking details right there in the image.

You'll also receive an email confirming the tracking details separately, so you have everything you need to follow your order's progress. This gives you full visibility of your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse, and you can use the tracking number to follow its progress with the courier.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, having that photo of how it left us in perfect condition helps us quickly resolve any issues with the courier and get you a replacement or refund sorted fast.

If damage does occur during shipping, we'll ask you to send us a photo of the damage so we can lodge a claim with the courier and make it right for you. This process protects both you and us, and it means we can act quickly if something goes wrong rather than going back and forth trying to work out what happened.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer in-store pickup at our North Brisbane location (Brendale).

Pickup is free and available within 2 hours of ordering for items in stock by appointment.

Where is your Brisbane warehouse located?

We're based in North Brisbane and our warehouse in Brendale, which is a huge industrial area is where all shipment are sent from and collected if pick up is your means to have your products.

What is your return policy?

The store accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. The store does not charge a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

How do I return an item?

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The funds should appear in your account within a few business days after processing, depending on your financial institution.

Can I install these accessories myself or do I need a mechanic?

Most of our accessories are designed for DIY installation and don't require a mechanic. Cup holder liners, screen protectors, floor mats, boot liners, storage organisers, sunshades, phone mounts and most interior accessories are genuinely straightforward — if you can follow basic instructions and are willing to give it a go, you'll be fine.

Many plug-and-play electronic accessories simply connect to your Tesla's OBD (CAN) port or a 12V outlet — no cutting, no coding and no technical expertise needed.

A few larger items — like tow bars, roof racks, swivel screens and dash displays — take a little more time and confidence. Most people still fit these themselves, but some prefer to have us do it. We've fitted most of these to our own Tesla, so we'll give you honest, realistic advice.

Most of our accessories are designed for DIY installation and don't require a mechanic.

Things like cup holder liners, screen protectors, floor mats, storage organisers, sunshades, and interior accessories are genuinely straightforward - if you can follow basic instructions and have a willingness to give it a go, you'll be fine.

While electric sunshade, swivel screens, electric fold down tables, power frunk roof racks, LED self presenting handles and tow bars, are a little more tricky but still doable with patience and a knowledge the car is a clip together beast that is really quite easy to work on when you just get a little confidence up.,

Do I need professional installation for roof racks and tow bars?

For tow bars, yes, we strongly recommend professional installation by a qualified mechanic or auto electrician although we do offer a PDF guide for those willing to take challenge on and are experienced in this skill.

Tow bars need to be fitted correctly to ensure they're safe for towing and meet Australian Design Rules (ADR) compliance. The installation involves mounting the tow bar to your Tesla's chassis and potentially some electrical work for trailer lights, so it's not a DIY job unless you have proper mechanical experience and equipment.

However, if you're not confident or want to ensure it's done perfectly. Here is dot point of the install of the roof racks:

1. Lay everything in place on roof to confirm you know where everything is going
2. Just find the arrows in roof glass.
3. . Place stickers down
4. Put J hook in the arrow location
5. Put over boots.
6. Lift racks in to place
7. Put nuts on and screw finger firmly tight. 3-4 nm I enough
8. Do the locks up with key and secure keys safely.
9. Press covers on.
10. Done.

Do you offer installation services in other parts of Australia?

We offer installation services by appointment in Brisbane.

Sadly, we don't have installers across the country, so this may be a DIY job.

However, we're only a call or message away to assist if you get stuck.

For electric-based products, all are plug and play into plugs that exist in the car currently.

For roof racks and other bolt-on accessories, most auto accessory shops offer fitting services at reasonable rates.

If you're in a major city like Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, there are also Tesla-specific service centres and independent EV specialists who are very familiar with aftermarket accessories.

The benefit of our accessories being non-intrusive and designed for easy installation is that you're not locked into expensive specialist fitting - any competent mechanic can work with them.

With so many videos on you tube an hour spent watching many of these will give you a clear idea what and how to install anything. we have created our own install instructions and are working always to build more based on our experiences and so you can find these on many product pages. 

Do you provide installation guides or videos?

What refrigeration options are available for Tesla vehicles?

We stock portable refrigerators specifically designed to run off your Tesla's 12V power supply, perfect for road trips, camping, and keeping food and drinks cold on the go. These consist of the side fridge to fit in the side well of the trunk and the sub trunk fridge for the sub trunk area that is a drop in design.

Both very easy to install. We also have Eskies however these aren't your standard esky - they're proper eskies designed to fit in the sub trunk of the model Y or the frunk of all models even in hot Australian conditions.

When using the fridges, the beauty of using them with a Tesla is that your massive battery capacity means you can run a fridge for days without worrying about draining your car battery like you would in a petrol vehicle. All are ideal for camping trips where you want fresh food and cold drinks without relying on ice, or for long drives where you need to keep groceries or medications at the right temperature.
