SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a notification email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup — North Brisbane (Bridgeman Downs) We offer free pickup from our location in Bridgeman Downs, Brisbane, by appointment only. Simply select local pickup at checkout and contact us to arrange a suitable time. Domestic Shipping (Australia-wide) All orders are dispatched via courier service. Estimated delivery times are 4–7 business days from dispatch, plus 1 business day handling time. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tow Bar Orders For tow bar purchases, we recommend shipping directly to your nearest approved installer or to your home address. My Tesla Accessories does not accept responsibility for incorrect installation or modifications that affect vehicle performance after self-installation. All products meet Australian Standards.

Delivery Address & Signature Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an order is signed for at an address other than the one provided, My Tesla Accessories cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels. If damage is noticed upon delivery, please photograph the parcel and do not accept the delivery — contact us immediately at sales@myteslaaccessories.com.au.

P.O. Boxes We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes due to courier limitations.

International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally.

Out of Stock Items If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated restock date and offer you the option to wait, substitute, or cancel your order.

Return Shipping If you change your mind and wish to return an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
