Can I pick up my order?
Yes — free pickup is available for Brisbane and SE Queensland customers from our Brendale warehouse by appointment. It's important to message us on 0422 063 024 to arrange a time, as we're not always at the warehouse.
Will this fit my Tesla portable charger and cable?
Yes. The bag measures 32×32×10 cm and comfortably fits a Type 1 or Type 2 portable charger with a 3.5m cable coiled inside, plus adapters. It's designed specifically with EV charging gear in mind.
Does it fit in the Tesla Model Y frunk?

What is 840D fabric and why does it matter?
840D refers to the denier count of the fabric — a measure of thread density and weight. Higher denier means a tougher, more abrasion-resistant material. 840D is the same grade used in quality luggage and tool bags, making it significantly more durable than standard nylon bags.
Is this compatible with non-Tesla EVs?
Absolutely. The bag is universal and works with any EV — BYD, MG, Hyundai , Kia , Polestar, KIA and more. If you have a portable charger, this bag fits it.
Will the charger rattle around inside while driving?
