For exact costs, add items to your cart and enter your address at checkout. Couriers in Australia can be a bit unpredictable so be patient and we will be doing our best to get your bike to you ASAP. -
Can I pick up my bike from the warehouse in Brisbane?

Each e-bike or e-scooter comes with a detailed assembly guide included in the package. Most bikers require basic assembly (e.g., attaching handlebars, pedals, and wheels), taking about 20-30 minutes. instructions included in box to complete these steps. -
Can I return the bike if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@mytelsaacessories.com.au with your order number. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. we would prefer this not to happen and why we have a n option to try ride before you buy if in Brisbane. -
How often should I service my electric bike?
We recommend servicing your e-bike every 6-12 months, depending on usage. Regular checks include tyre pressure, brake pads, and battery health. A professional general bicycle service is advised annually to maintain wearable parts as in tyres, seat, brakes and brake pads -
What if something goes wrong with my E-bike?

How do I get spare parts after warranty expires?
After your warranty expires, you can order spare parts directly u. Provide your model number (e.g., OUXI V8 H9 3.0) for compatibility, and we’ll ship the parts to you. -
Can I order spare parts for my E-scooter and E-bike online?

What are your warranty terms?
Our e-bikes come with a 2year warranty for home use, covering manufacturing defects (e.g., motor or frame issues). Batteries have a 1-year warranty. -
Where is my bike’s serial number?
The serial number is located on the underside of the frame, near the bottom bracket, or on the battery compartment. Check the frame near the crankset. Keep this number handy for warranty or support queries.

For e-bikes like road bikes, we recommend professional servicing every 12 months to ensure optimal performance. although this has nothing to do with electronics as they very robust however brakes, brake pads, tyres etc may need attention -
