Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at My Tesla Accessories.

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, we’re here to help.

Returns:

- Please notify us within 3 days of delivery of your dissatisfaction with the product so we can discuss your concerns.
- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- The cost of returning the item/s is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- The logistics of organising return delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds:

- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies but 3-5 days in normal.

Partial Refunds:

- Items returned without original packaging may only be eligible for a partial refund, as the absence of packaging significantly reduces the item’s resale value and our ability to resell the product.

Shipping:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty:

All products come with a 12-month warranty period.
