Little Guy Rough Rider — The Off-Road Flagship

The Little Guy Rough Rider is the flagship model in the range. With an 814 kg ATM, 2,100 mm floor length, heavy-duty leaf spring suspension with shock absorbers, 15" wheels on 235/75 off-road tyres for more ground clearance, and a Cruisemaster off-road coupling — the Rough Rider goes where every other teardrop trailer stays behind. Custom-made to order in Taree, NSW, and built to Australian Standards.

🛑 Towing with a Tesla Model 3 or Model Y? The Rough Rider's 814 kg ATM is above the 750 kg unbraked towing limit, so it needs the electric brakes option and a brake controller fitted to your car. Ask us and we'll spec it correctly.

Interior Features

Entry & Doors

Full entry doors on both sides (650 mm × 810 mm) with deadlocks, tinted sliding glass, and fly screens — enter from either side, no climbing over your partner at 2am.

Ventilation

Tilt-open roof vent with fan (250 mm square). Fully insulated roof (R-1.2) — cooler in summer, warmer in winter.

Sleeping

2,100 mm floor length — the longest in the range. Queen-size interior with carpeted walls and vinyl flooring. Optional 100 mm tri-fold foam queen mattress available, factory-fitted to size.

Storage & Power

Cabin cabinet with lift-up doors. 12V outlets in cabin and galley, plus full 240V system with double powerpoints in galley and single in cabin cabinet.

A-Frame Platform

Dedicated gear-staging area (1,470 mm × 400 mm) — recovery tracks, hi-lift jack, camp chairs, all accessible the moment you roll in.

Galley Kitchen

White laminate galley bench with double the storage beneath of the Deluxe models — the same storage capacity as the Cruiser.
