Considerations before buying.
if you are getting a bar you need to know what your intended uses will be.
Do you plan to tow? If so you need to add a Raised Tow Ball Tongue to enable you to do this.
If you plan to tow you need wiring.
if you have more than 2 bikes on bike rack you need wiring
if you intend only to use a receiver style bike carrier you need the Vertical Adapter Tongue only and no wiring
If you have a witch mounted bike carrier you will need the Raised Tow Ball Tongue
When not in use, the tow bar can be discreetly stored, preserving the car's minimalist design. Hence why we call this an invisible design tow bar.
The TES115 wiring kit for the Model 3 2019-23 is plug and play does not require an auto electrician to install.
The TES 120 is now the Plug and Play wiring option for the Highland.
